Link two DGX Spark systems directly at up to 200Gb/s.
This 0.5m Amphenol QSFP112 passive copper cable is approved by NVIDIA for linking the ConnectX-7 QSFP ports of two DGX Spark systems over a direct Ethernet link. NVIDIA quotes support for AI models of up to 405 billion parameters on two linked DGX Spark systems.
Other GB10 systems, such as the Dell Pro Max with GB10, use the same type of port, but their makers have not listed this part, and linking systems from different brands is not documented.

Approved by NVIDIA for DGX Spark
NVIDIA's DGX Spark user guide lists the approved cables as the Amphenol NJAAKK-N911 (0.4m), its 0.5m version NJAAKK0006 (this cable) and a Luxshare 0.4m cable. The cable is rated for 400G; each DGX Spark QSFP port runs at up to 200Gb/s, so the link runs at up to 200Gb/s.
Direct links between two or three systems
One cable links two DGX Spark systems directly, and three connect in a ring with three cables. The QSFP ports run Ethernet only, with RDMA over Converged Ethernet (RoCE) for the software that spreads work across the systems. Four systems need a switch.
NVIDIA's setup guides
NVIDIA's DGX Spark user guide shows how to fit the cable: pull tab facing up, without force. NVIDIA's "Connect Two Sparks" playbook then covers the same user name on both systems, the same physical port on each unit, IP addressing and SSH, and the separate "NCCL for Multiple Sparks" playbook covers NCCL. On DGX Spark, NVIDIA Sync's Cluster Assistant offers a guided alternative for the network setup; it needs the April 2026 system software release or later.

Plan your setup
What you'll need.
Two DGX Spark systems, or three systems and three cables for a ring.
Current system software updates on each unit, the same user name on both and administrator access.
Network setup following NVIDIA's "Connect Two Sparks" playbook, then NCCL following NVIDIA's "NCCL for Multiple Sparks" playbook. On DGX Spark, NVIDIA Sync's Cluster Assistant is a guided alternative for the network setup.
Will it work with a Dell Pro Max with GB10?
Dell's guide asks for a ConnectX-7 QSFP 200G cable between the two systems but does not name a part number or length, and Dell has not listed this Amphenol cable. NVIDIA approves this cable for DGX Spark, and the Dell Pro Max with GB10 uses the same type of ConnectX-7 QSFP port. If you need a Dell-supported part, check with Dell before ordering.
Is the link 400Gb/s?
No. The cable is rated for 400G, but each DGX Spark QSFP port runs at up to 200Gb/s, so the link between two systems runs at up to 200Gb/s.
Can I connect more than two systems?
Three DGX Spark systems can connect directly in a ring using three cables. Four systems need a QSFP switch with at least four 200Gb/s QSFP56-DD ports and switch-compatible cables; check the switch maker's supported cables and the length you need.
Which port do I use?
Either QSFP port works, but NVIDIA's setup guide assumes the same physical port on each unit. On DGX Spark, insert the cable with its pull tab facing up and do not force it; pull the tab to remove it.
